BREAD

The word bread in English is uncountable, there is no plural (NEVER SAY BREADS). There are many kinds of bread. And then you have the plural.

A loaf of bread (Loaf is the unit of the bread. Like you have one liter of water and one loaf of bread – plural: loaves)
French rolls (They are equivalent to the pãozinho francês)
Sweet rolls

Rye bread

Whole wheat bread
Burger buns
GRAINS

Corn
Rice
Wheat
Oat
Beans
Lentils
Green beans
DAIRY (related to milk)

Milk
Cheese
Yogurt
